We are currently seeking a seasoned Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Olive Branch, MS. This position will support our operations team and 150 employees.  Ideal candidates should be well versed in employee relations, staffing/recruiting, benefits and safety.

The position will report to the Human Resources Director with dotted line responsibilities to the Distribution Center Manager. This position will require full desk recruitment of warehouse employees, acting as the liaison between employees and management and expected to manage the duties of the safety team in the facility. As the HR Representative, you will also be responsible for fostering our family culture and balancing the professional responsibilities of the role.

Required skills and education

Must have 3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience

Strong background in employee relations and full desk recruitment

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration or a related degree. 

Preferred Qualifications

PHR certification strongly preferred

Experience working with the safety program in a warehouse or manufacturing facility

LRK is seeking a HR Coordinator to join our Memphis, TN office.  This is a great opportunity to join a growing architecture firm in a new HR position.  The HR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the HR Director with all facets of HR, including recruiting, benefits administration, payroll, HRIS system maintenance, reporting and much more.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of proven experience in an HR assistant or coordinator role, preferably in a professional services environment.  Must possess knowledge of HR concepts and terminology, attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to be flexible and adaptable, ability to grasp information quickly and highly creative.   Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is a must and knowledge of HRIS systems.  Degree in Business Administration or HR related field are required.
