Learning Objectives

• Objective 1: Attendees will identify the specific HR functions where AI is delivering measurable results today, including recruiting, learning, and employee support, and separate those from use cases that are still marketing promises.
• Objective 2: Attendees will evaluate the legal and compliance risks tied to AI in hiring and employment decisions, including bias testing, candidate notice requirements, vendor accountability, and the growing patchwork of state AI laws.
• Objective 3:  Attendees will apply at least two AI tools to a common HR task during the session and leave with a repeatable prompt or workflow they can use the same week. 
• Objective 4: Attendees will build the first three steps of an AI adoption conversation for their own organization, including who needs to be at the table, what questions to ask a vendor, and how to set guardrails before rollout.
