About the Meeting
Bill breaks down the common factors to success on Green Bean Leadership for meeting participants from 30 years and 1,000 behavior change programs. Participants will learn how to track and measure results of behavior change and human performance improvement and how to establish supervisor accountability for your change initiatives. Participants will also learn three ways to identify potential leaders and nurture emerging leadership skills.
