What’s New at the EEOC

Program Description: Information will be provided on EEOC's enforcement and litigation efforts and the new and proposed digital/electronic systems which allows Charging Parties and Employers to interact with EEOC in the filing and processing of charges.

Presenter:

Shirley Richardson has been the Deputy Director of the EEOC’s Memphis District Office since June 2007 and prior to that she served as Enforcement Manager in the Memphis District since 2004.  Shirley has served in a variety of positions with the EEOC including Enforcement Supervisor and Investigator in the Indianapolis District Office and Louisville Area Office.  She is a graduate of LeMoyne Owen College in Memphis and received her law degree from Howard University in Washington, D. C. Her extensive EEOC experience makes her uniquely qualified to present at our seminar.
